eCommerce Plugin Selection

BeatStore 4.x sells through Easy Digital Downloads or WooCommerce. Activate only one of them. Beats are that plugin’s posts (download or product). Deactivating BeatStore does not hide the catalog.

If only one commerce plugin is active, BeatStore uses it. If both are active, choose the backend under BeatStore → Settings → Commerce. Switching does not copy beats between Downloads and Products.

WooCommerce is the usual choice when you also sell physical merch (shipping, stock, non-virtual products). EDD fits digital beat and kit stores. Merch and other non-audio SKUs sell through the same backend’s shop/product pages — check Hide from player so they stay out of the player. Merchandise & physical products.

Install EDD or Woo from Plugins → Add New. BeatStore shows a notice until one is available.

Removed in 4.x: the old BeatStore “eCommerce” settings tab screenshot (Widget-era). Commerce lives on Settings now.
