BeatStore Contracts

BeatStore Contracts is a separate plugin from the BeatStore Player. The player already sells priced license offers (EDD variable prices or Woo pa_license variations). This zip writes the legal PDF.

Buy it as a Freemius add-on of the player, or as the Player + Contracts bundle. Existing Licenses & Contracts keys (EDD 13660 / Woo 9802) still unlock this zip.

What you get

  • Templates under BeatStore → Contracts (or a standalone Contracts menu if the player is not installed)
  • Map a template onto each offer you already sell
  • Player license picker: short usage chips (copies, streams) on mapped offers. File types (MP3 / WAV) still come from EDD/Woo files, not this plugin. The full agreement preview stays on cart View license.
  • Checkout: required agree checkbox + legal address
  • After payment: private PDF + token download on the receipt email

What you do not get

  • A second place to set beat prices. Amounts stay in EDD or Woo. {TRACK_PRICE} is the paid line.
  • PDFs inside the player zip. A player key does not unlock Contracts.
  • Public files in agreement-pdfs/. New files go under uploads/beatstore-contracts/private/.

  • Installation · Upload the BeatStore Contracts zip, enter the Freemius key, then keep EDD or Woo as the catalog.
  • Templates and offer mapping · Create agreement templates, set default amounts, and map each one onto an EDD price or Woo license. With the player, pick the PDF on the license row.
  • Checkout agree and address · Buyers must accept the terms and enter a legal address before the order is placed.
  • After purchase · A private PDF is written once per order line and emailed as a token download.
  • Upgrading from Licenses & Contracts · Keep your 13660 or 9802 key. Deactivate the old plugin. Templates and maps copy on activate.
  • Placeholders · Tokens replaced in the contract HTML when the PDF is filled.
