If you haven’t already, you’ll want to create a new Download Category like “Beats” & assigning all your Downloads to this category. These can be created under Downloads -> Categories Tab.
From the Dashboard, Navigate to Licenses -> Settings. Choose your Category to attach licenses to.
Enter the Producer Address, Full Name, and Producer Alias, and then click Save Changes.
At the bottom of this page, under Tools, if you want to start with 3 Licenses that include contract templates click the Run First Time Setup.
Navigate to Licenses > Licenses and confirm you can view the Licenses. From here you can create new licenses / edit licenses.
To begin editing a license, click on its name in the list.
Customize the contract variables (license name, radio stations, distribution copies, etc.) as you wish.
When you are done customizing the license variables, you will want to Save.
Create new Downloads / link existing Downloads
Navigate to Downloads > Add New, or Click the name of the track if editing an existing one.
Check EnableVariable pricing and set up the Option Name and Price — you can always bulk update all your prices from the Licenses Admin page.
Select the License you would like to attach for each variation, the pricing text field will be automatically updated from the License
