Getting Started

First Time Setup

• If you haven’t already, you’ll want to create a new Download Category like “Beats” & assigning all your Downloads to this category. These can be created under Downloads -> Categories Tab.
• From the Dashboard, Navigate to Licenses -> Settings. Choose your Category to attach licenses to.
• Enter the Producer Address, Full Name, and Producer Alias, and then click Save Changes.
• At the bottom of this page, under Tools, if you want to start with 3 Licenses that include contract templates click the Run First Time Setup.

• Navigate to Licenses > Licenses and confirm you can view the Licenses. From here you can create new licenses / edit licenses.

• To begin editing a license, click on its name in the list.
• Customize the contract variables (license name, radio stations, distribution copies, etc.) as you wish.
• When you are done customizing the license variables, you will want to Save.

Create new Downloads / link existing Downloads

• Navigate to Downloads > Add New, or Click the name of the track if editing an existing one.
• Check Enable Variable pricing  and set up the Option Name and Price — you can always bulk update all your prices from the Licenses Admin page.
• Select the License you would like to attach for each variation, the pricing text field will be automatically updated from the License
• Save your Download.
