Support Policy

  1. Email Support is available Monday through Friday, and responses are generally provided within 24-48 hours.
  2. We will provide support for bugs, and answer general questions about features for BeatStore, but we are unable to provide custom development or any theme or plugin modifications. We will do our best to troubleshoot issues you experience, but we cannot provide support for certain Hosting or Server related issues.
  • During times when our support team is busy, we will not be able to respond to every single support issue within 24-48 hours, but we will do our best.
  • Support is not available via Social Media Channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, etc.)
  • We reserve the right to not provide support to people who are rude, or who attempt to abuse the service/product.
